Most recently, Lionsgate has been confirmed as the future home of a major Australia Post automated sorting facility. A signing that further validates the precinct as critical infrastructure for the South Australian logistics economy.

Lionsgate stands as a productive industrial precinct in a strategically important corridor, serving logistics, warehousing and manufacturing operators with facilities built for longevity. The precinct reflects Pelligra's belief that industrial land is a long-term community and economic asset, and that it should be developed and held accordingly.
